Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medical Workforce team at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as an Administrator.
This fast-paced and highly supportive department plays a vital role in managing medical staff recruitment, alongside overseeing key aspects of their terms and conditions. The team operates at the heart of the organisation, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently in a busy and rewarding environment.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will support and assist the Head of Medical Workforce and the Medical Workforce team in all aspects of rota template design, exception reporting and medical recruitment and resourcing by managing the recruitment life cycle with regard to Deaneries/Training&Trust vacancies and dealing with day-to-day enquires from doctors and managers for both the Bedford and Luton sites.
