Effectiveschedulingofrepairsorderstotradesdiariesensuringservicedeliveryismaximisedandutiliseopportunityforincreasedtradeproductivity.Responsibleforcasehandlingresidentsrepairsincouncilowneddwellings.Ensuringeffectivediagnosisandschedulingofrepairsthroughtojobcompletionadheringtocouncilprocessesandpolicies. Ensureopenordersaremonitoredandclosedwhenjobsarecompleted,effectivehousekeepingoftheopenworkordere.g.reviewingpotentialduplicateordersandclosingwherenecessary.Provideexcellentcustomerserviceensuringresidentsarekeptinformedofthestatusoftheirrepairs.
