TopCourses is a leading international education consultancy, with offices in London, Leicester and Manchester. We are accredited by the British Council, IECF and UCAS, and we are the official representative for over 100 education institutions. We provide tailored, expert guidance to international students at every stage of their application to schools and universities in the UK.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Officer (Mandarin Speaking) to deliver our online marketing activities. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation in the Chinese market, brand awareness and customer engagement.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing Strategy and Implementation

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve lead generation, brand awareness, and online engagement goals.
• Ensure all digital marketing initiatives align with the company’s objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Track and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular performance updates to the director, highlighting achievements and opportunities for growth.

Social Media and Content Management

• Oversee the company’s online presence on platforms such as RedNote, WeChat/Wecom, and Weibo, and manage published contents;
• Develop paid campaign and content strategies tailored to the needs of international students, creating engaging themes and activities to enhance brand awareness, market penetration, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are effectively handed off for conversion, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Formulate and implement lead generation strategies targeting the international student market, increasing the company’s influence and ensuring the achievement of lead generation goals.

4. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years’ in digital marketing, including lead generation; candidates with established content accounts or proven successful cases are preferred (please include account links or portfolio with your application).
• UK Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree;
• Strong understanding of Chinese social media platforms and their best practices including content creation and paid campaigns;
• Experience in the international student recruitment industry is preferable;
• Graphic design and video editing experience are a plus.
