Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Location: Norfolk
Salary: up to £55,000 Bonus
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am-4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full time

We’re working with a well-established industrial business to recruit an Operations Supervisor to support site leadership and drive continuous improvement across the business.

This is a key position with responsibility for operational performance. The role is heavily focused on driving change, improving efficiencies, and developing collaboration between teams.

Key Duties of this Operations Supervisor position:

• Oversee production efficiency, output, and quality across the site
• Manage budgets, P&L responsibility, and KPI reporting to senior leadership
• Lead and develop both operations and engineering teams
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
• Take ownership of Health & Safety and site compliance standards

What You Need for this Operations Supervisor position:

• Proven background in Production / Operations leadership in a supervisory role
• Experience with CI, and understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
• P&L and budget management experience
• Ability to manage and motivate teams
• Strong leadership style – approachable, collaborative, and forward-thinking
• Experience driving change and delivering measurable improvements
