Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, Eastbourne

An opportunity to join an established Letting & Estate Agents in Eastbourne as a Senior Sales Negotiator. To be considered for this role, previous experience working within Estate Agency is essential. Salary & Benefits £22,0000 Basic Salary + uncapped commission, OTE £30,000+, company car, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays The main purpose of the role is to welcome customers by telephone as well as face-to-face, generate and book valuations, promote our support Schemes, conduct accurate market appraisals/valuations which will lead to new property instructions, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales though to exchange and completion. Must have dealt with listings and taking instructions from Vendors  Our ideal candidate would be an experienced estate agent with some experience of lettings, a proven track record in generating new business, resilient, positive and friendly, good communicator and holds a full UK driving licence.  Hours: Monday to Friday 09:15 to 17.45 and alternate Saturdays from 09:15 to 13:00
