Hours

Shifts may start as early as 0700hrs or finish as late as 1900hrs.

Purpose of Role

To efficiently handle, store and rotate stock working within a team environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure FLTs are checked daily, recorded on relevant sheets and defects reported.
• Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy.
• Deal with inbound vehicles following the correct company procedure.
• Ensure safe handling, storage and repacking of all products in line with stock locations.
• Maintain high accuracy with pick operations.
• Load distribution vehicles in a safe, presentable manner and highlight all errors and damages prior to completion.
• Maintain high standards of site housekeeping.
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern to the Supervisor immediately.
• Assist with inventory counting when necessary.
• Put improvement suggestions forward where appropriate.
• Assist other team members as necessary.
• Support Warehouse Team Leader with all day‑to‑day tasks.
• Action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business.
• Any other reasonable duties as allocated by the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.

What We Are Looking For

• Positive, enthusiastic, dedicated and able to fit into a busy and productive team.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Forklift licence (essential).
• Previous exposure to inland freight operations and customs processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly across departments.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of warehouse work.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and desk‑based work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 – Excel, Word, Outlook, and internal systems.
