Key Responsibilities Oversee planning and execution of PPM schedules and reactive repairs Take ownership of electrical fault finding, diagnostics and system improvementsDrive engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Improve equipment reliability and eliminate recurring electrical faults Lead, manage and mentor a small team of Engineers Participate in the on-call rota (week-on/week-off, Friday to Friday) Support and manage external contractors for servicing and maintenanceRequirements Strong electrical engineering background with hands-on fault-finding experience Completed an Engineering Apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering Strong communication skills with the ability to create a positive and high-performing team culturePrevious experience leading or supervising an engineering team Experience within food manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, or a similar industrial environment (desirable) TPBN1_UKTJ
