Commercial Litigation Senior Solicitor, Chandler's Ford

We are currently working with a highly respected law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their established team in Chandler’s Ford. The firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution team handles a wide range of contentious matters, including contractual disputes and professional negligence claims, for a diverse client base, including individuals, businesses, and professionals.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and debt recovery.
2. Handling professional negligence claims and advising on complex, high-value cases.
3. Mentoring and supervising junior team members, providing leadership and guidance.
4. Collaborating across departments to offer holistic legal solutions.
5. Contributing to business development through client relationship management and networking.
6. Supporting the team’s strategic objectives.

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has 10+ years PQE in dispute resolution or commercial litigation with strong technical expertise.
• Has broad experience in commercial litigation, with an interest or background in professional negligence (desirable).
• Demonstrates excellent communication and client management skills.
• Has mentoring experience and fosters a collaborative culture.
• Is commercially astute, proactive, and motivated.
• Is keen to take on a leadership role.
