We're working in partnership with a well-established, highly regarded law firm on the South Coast, seeking a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team.

The Role

You will handle a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters, including business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company restructures, and complex commercial contracts.
