This role is currently undertaken remotely due to Covid restrictions. Contact and assessments are undertaken via phone or via online video platforms. Home visits are risk assessed and PPE is provided. You will need access to car to be able to undertake visits across a large geographical area when necessary and sometimes at short notice. We will provide you with support from a peer SW buddy and a multidisciplinary buddy group to have regular contact with and help with induction into the team and ways of working. You will have a named supervisor as well
