Maintenance Manager, East Riding of Yorkshire

Join a large food manufacturing business with sites throughout Europe. The Maintenance Manager will manage the maintenance team and report into the Site General Manager. Client Details Our client are a large food manufacturing business. They are market leaders in their field and the biggest players in their food category. Their East Yorkshire facility has recently undergone expansion and has a mixture of equipment and automation. Description Responsible for all maintenance across the site. The successful Maintenance Manager will cover: Ensuring Health and Safety is prioritised at all times across the site Manage the maintenance team to complete all planned maintenance and respond to breakdowns as quickly as possible Structure of the department to be as effective as possible Audits of maintenance and equipment health checks Identify and implement Continuous Improvement across systems and ways of working Work closely with the site leadership team to deliver operational excellence Profile The successful Maintenance Manager will have a range of the following: Completed a relevant apprenticeship in engineering and manufacturing Have previously worked in a hands-on maintenance role Ideally electrically qualified with experience in PLC's Management experience preferred but not essential Job Offer Competitive salary plus package
