Care Assistant, Edinburgh

Due to an increase in client requirements, ASA Recruitment are looking for experienced Care Assistants for vacancies within residential Care Homes across Edinburgh and the Lothians. There are positions available in a number of locations with hours varying from place to place. ASA are looking for individuals who have experience working in residential care homes and are able to work well as part of a team. These positions would be best suited to Care Assistants who are able to provide a high level of care to residents and are able to take direction from other members of of the team. Duties of these vacancies include personal care, assisting residents with washing and dressing, assisting with meals, toileting and promoting a positive environment. During these unprecedented times, residents are unable to see friends and family, therefore, it is the responsibility of Care staff to not only look after residents but also keep spirits high. Rate of pay is competitive starting from £9.30 and holiday hour accrual is also offered.
