Regional Support Manager - Care Homes, Edinburgh

In order to strengthen the Senior Management Team, we are now looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join the company in this new role of Regional Support Manager - covering several sites across Central Scotland. To be considered for this exciting, varied, and key role you will need to be * A Registered Nurse and senior care sector professional. * Experienced as a Care Home Manager. * Able to travel extensively throughout the region * Able to prove your ability to develop stakeholder relationships * A supportive leader who can positively influence change within care services * Able to meet financial targets You will support the Senior Management team and existing Operations Manager by designing training support packages, inducting, and mentoring new managers, covering for sickness or holidays, and being completely involved in and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within the Company. A driving license and own car are essential for this role, which will involve extensive travel, and as such the package will include a car allowance.
