Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, TA6

Our client is looking for a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson who is happy to work on a social housing contract. Initially, the work will be putting right previous work but further work should be more straight forward as you will be starting with a worksheet from scratch and so be responsible for the quality of your own work. These properties are occupied, social housing properties, and although not on one estate, most are on one street and others within a 10-15 minute radius by car. Duties will cover carrying out a variety of defect works and could include anything from floor-painting to general carpentry and general maintenance repairs. Although initially for 2 weeks, if you are suited to this role and do well, this will be extended for several months.
