Chef/Cook, Burgess Hill

Vacancy: Chef/Cook (Nursing home) Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex Salary: £10.50 Hours/Rota: Full time & part time, shifts are 09:00-17:00, mid-week and weekend work Description: You will be working in a kitchen with kitchen assistants to assist you deliver the best service possible to the residents. Cooking from recipes, meeting deadlines and ensuring all health and safety policies, nutrition and dietary requirements are met. Keeping the kitchen clean and running it efficiently. Requirements: * At least 2-3 years of experience as a Cook/Chef * Can do attitude & a great work ethic * An Enhanced DBS (Preferably on the update service, (MUST HAVE ADULT BARRING LIST CHECKS) * Excellent attention to detail * Full UK driving license is preferred but not essential as transport can be arranged * Good communicational skills * NVQ Level 2 or 3 would be an advantage * Training certificates such as dietary and nutrition, food safety and health and safety Benefits: * Holiday package * Weekly pay * Flexibility to work full time or part time
