Sous Chef, Edinburgh

QHR chefs are currently working with one of the leading hospitality operators in Scotland. They currently have a sous chef role available within one of their Edinburgh properties. You will need to have at least 2 years sous chef experience as this is a very busy fresh food restaurant that needs a strong sous chef who's been there before and understands what it takes to run a busy kitchen. The operation is a busy kitchen serving fresh Spanish food in a high-volume environment. This role is hourly paid and such getting paid for every hour you work as a sous chef is unique.
