Role Title: Commercial Litigation Associate Location: Edinburgh Salary: Dependent on Experience A highly ranked top 100 firm are hiring an NQ Associate to join their Commercial Litigation team in Edinburgh. The firm is highly rated within both Chambers and Legal 500 for a number of business areas. As the successful candidate you will ideally have completed a Commercial Litigation seat within a large regional or City Firm. The team work within a wider dispute resolution team covering a range of complex litigation and international arbitration. The caseload will cover a broad range of matters including but not limited to contract litigation, company and partnership disputes, fraud, insurance and IT. You will work with a range of different clients including household names, mid tier businesses and high net worth private clients. You will also get exposure to international work handling cases with an international element and working with overseas lawyers.
