IT Recruitment Partner - Temp/Contract Desk, Edinburgh

Cross Resourcing predominately work across the Perm IT space but now we want to expand into the temporary and contracts space with the infrastructure to support this. We are looking for an experienced IT Consultant to join our organisation to grow and develop a cold temporary and contractor desk, whilst also utilising our database of clients who use our permanent services. We are hungry to succeed and become the go-to Recruitment Partner across the IT space and are looking for likeminded Recruitment Professionals to come on board to be part of our journey. What you?ll do * This is a 360 role where you will take over a cold desk to grow the Temp/Contracts desk, expanding the company?s client base (We already have a number of clients who use us on a perm basis so there are some contacts there) * Leverage existing relationships with your network of clients and candidates to generate new business * Meet with clients, negotiate rates and terms and maintain relationships * Register candidates ensuring full RTW is collected and manage that temporary worker/contractor throughout their time with us What you?ll need * Solid, proven temporary and/or contract IT Recruitment experience * Demonstrable experience in a similar role for a leading agency * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back when required * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Hungry for success, ambitious, tenacious, dedicated and motivated We are growing and feel this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join a fresh, new and different Agency. Salary is dependent on experience plus commission. This role will involve some travel across Scotland, candidates must have a full driver license and access to a car.
