Goodall Brazier is working with a leading healthcare company to assist them in recruiting for two Psychologist. Location: Essex Salary £36K to £45 Clinical / Forensic Psychologist role involves: Providing psychological input within either the women's services or male Autism services by providing direct and indirect delivery of clinical psychology services, as part of routine assessment and treatment delivery. Providing a structured comprehensive DBT treatment programme. Working within women?s services, you should have knowledge and skills of clinical / forensic psychology as applied to this patient group. With appropriate supervision and support, you should be able to: develop and implement agreed clinical methods of working within the allocated Service; provide clinical supervision for assistant psychologists, as required; undertake training needs analysis and develop training packages for staff of other disciplines. Working within the men's autistic services, you should have knowledge and skills of clinical/forensic psychology as applied to this patient group. With appropriate supervision and support, you should be able to: develop and implement agreed clinical methods of working within the allocated Service; provide clinical supervision for assistant psychologists, as required; undertake training needs analysis and develop training packages for staff of other disciplines. You should have good organisational ability and be able to work well within a structured assessment and treatment process. You will be an active member of a multi-disciplinary clinical team and participate fully in developing and providing services to patients. To be successful as Clinical / Forensic Psychologist you?ll need: Psychology GBR DBT experience is essential Autism diagnostic experience preferred Additional postgraduate qualification/ training Registered (or eligible) Forensic or Clinical Psychologist with HCPC Experience working in secure settings is highly desirable.
