Events Bartender, City of Edinburgh

The Hoxton, Edinburgh is an open‑house hotel located in the city’s charming West End, built across 11 Georgian townhouses. It houses 214 bedrooms, a lively lobby and bar, an all‑day Italian trattoria Patatino, a retro‑inspired cinema, and a flexible event space called The Get Together.

We’re looking for a drink‑creating, moment‑making Events Bartender to bring magic to our gatherings at The Hoxton, Edinburgh. Reporting to the Events Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaking, stirring and serving in our event spaces, from intimate dinners to weddings, launch parties and other celebrations. This is a casual, flexible role where you choose shifts that work for your life, with possible extra hours elsewhere in the hotel.
