This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Private Client Tax professional to take on a strategic advisory-focused role within a collaborative and high-performing team.Working closely with Partners and senior leadership, you will lead complex advisory projects for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts and owner-managed businesses, while helping shape and develop a growing team across Scotland. About the Role Lead and deliver high-value private client advisory projects covering trusts, inheritance tax, capital gains tax and family wealth structuring matters.Manage complex client relationships and act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, partnerships and privately owned businesses. Coordinate across service lines to deliver a seamless client experience while overseeing project delivery, timelines and quality standards.Support and develop a growing team of Managers, Assistant Managers and Associates through coaching, mentoring and technical leadership. About You CTA and/or ACA qualified, or able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience within private client tax. Strong technical knowledge across trusts, IHT, CGT and broader private wealth advisory matters.Proven experience managing complex advisory projects and maintaining strong long-term client relationships. Commercially minded with a collaborative approach and an interest in contributing to business development activities. Why Join?
