Chef de Partie - Fast-Paced Kitchen Leader & Menu Developer, City of Edinburgh

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!

The Person:

• Previous culinary experience
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

The Role:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
• Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service
• Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Contribute to menu development and specials as required
