Assistant Store Manager: Lead a High-Energy Outlet Team, City of Edinburgh

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Edinburgh Gyle location. In this role, you will motivate your team and provide a meaningful shopping experience for every customer while supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include managing stock and inventory, coaching team members, and ensuring high store standards in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience at the Assistant Store Manager level in retail or hospitality is highly desired.
