We are seeking a caring, adaptable and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming early years setting in Ellesmere Port on a part‑time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly build positive relationships and bring consistency, warmth and energy to the team.

• Support high‑quality provision in line with the EYFS framework
• Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Work alongside teachers to support observations and child development
• Encourage early communication, social skills and independence
• Uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards at all times

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Sound knowledge of child development and early years practice
• Understanding of safeguarding and Teacher Standards
• A calm, flexible and nurturing approach
• Someone who can confidently step in and make a positive impact from day one
