Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Work base: office based with regular travel We are looking for a compassionate, proactive and highly organised Mental Health Lead to play a vital role in supporting people experiencing mental ill health to maintain safe, secure accommodation and build more stable, independent lives.This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference, using a person-centred and strengths-based approach to support individuals in a way that is empowering, respectful and focused on long-term wellbeing. In this role, you will work closely with people who have mental health and housing-related needs, providing tailored key worker support that helps them sustain tenancies, develop independent living skills and move forward with confidence. You will complete assessments, co-produce support and safety plans, advocate on behalf of individuals and work in partnership with local authorities, landlords, mental health services and community agencies to ensure people receive the joined-up support they need.We are looking for someone who brings empathy, resilience and strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships while managing a varied workload with confidence. You will be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively, committed to equality, diversity and empowerment, and motivated by the opportunity to support vulnerable adults in achieving greater stability, independence and improved wellbeing.The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
