Multi Trader – Social Housing (Temp to Perm)
Location: North and East London
Salary: £39,000 per year

Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join our client delivering maintenance services within the social housing sector across North and East London. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a permanent position offered after a successful 3-month period.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong background in either carpentry or plumbing, alongside general multi-trade skills.

Key Responsibilities

• General repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Patch plastering
• Painting and decorating
• Damp and mould treatment

Requirements

• Strong carpentry or plumbing skills
• Proven experience working in social housing (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
