Food and Beverage Assistant - Bank, Epsom

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities include supporting residents in choosing meal options, ensuring standard operating procedures for dining tables, keeping the front of the house clean and tidy, removing and replenishing dirty crockery, ensuring fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods and fruit are accessible, and being aware of residents’ dietary requirements.

• Supporting residents with choosing meal options when dining.
• Ensuring that the standard operating procedures for dining tables are followed.
• Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented.
• Removing and replenishing dirty crockery throughout the day.
• Ensuring fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods, and fruit are available and replenished.
• Being aware of residents’ dietary requirements.

• High standards of personal hygiene.
• Experience in similar restaurant or hospitality settings is desirable.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial.

A DBS Disclosure check is required and will be covered by Avery Healthcare. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK must be provided. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate is considered beneficial.
