Salary: £32,000 - £34,000

A leading independent school in South West London, bordering with Surrey is seeking a Senior Gardener from July or September 2026. This is a full time and permanent role.

This independent school aims to provide a first‑class education, where every child is given the opportunity to achieve their full potential within a broad range of academic, cultural, and sporting opportunities. This school is a co‑educational day and boarding school set within an 85‑acre estate of landscaped grounds, formal gardens, and sports facilities.

The Senior Gardener will play a key leadership role within the Grounds and Gardens Team, taking responsibility for the day‑to‑day supervision of the gardens team while leading the design, development, and presentation of the College’s ornamental gardens.
