Estimator | Exeter, Devon | £45k - £60k + package A well-financed housing developer are searching for an experienced Estimator to join their growing regional team. This national developer have expanded into the Devon, Cornwall and Somerset market recently, with a base in Exeter. Having already secured multiple sites across the region, they are looking to grow their commercial, with an Estimator next through the door. What they can offer is the opportunity to be involved in a national company, but growing region - meaning that opportunities for progression and to make the role your own, rife. Your role will see you heavily involved from land acquisition onwards. Growth plans are big, with the region eyeing 400 units in three years' time. Couple this with the fact that they have a strong pipeline and healthy land bank, you will be busy from the get go. The base salary ranges between £45k - £60k (depending on experience) plus package.
