An opportunity has arisen for a Valuer within an established Property firm in Devon. This role offers a great opportunity to participate in a variety of valuation work across varied commercial and residential sectors. My clients are a leading property consultancy with a strong profile and a track record of success across the southwest. They have an excellent reputation in the commercial and residential property market and have a place on most lending panels. My clients work across the commercial office, industrial and residential developments. The successful candidate will hold MRICS status and be a registered valuer. You will have significant red book experience and also be comfortable conducting secured lending valuations on commercial property. You will be self-motivated and organised.
