Valuation Surveyor - Exeter

Permanent opportunity for a Valuation Surveyor to join one of the longest standing firms of consultants Your new company You will join a firm of property consultants based in the south west who have been established in the region for over 100 years', throughout this time offering support to a wide range of clients who require professional property expertise from buying and selling, through to management, valuation and development advice. Your new role As a Valuation Surveyor you will work in a busy environment completing valuation surveys and reports for both commercial lending purposes, and also to assist with residential development opportunities. You will provide a formal valuation in line with RICS red book standards, ensuring the correct level of duty of care is achieved and presented in final report. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role you must be a RICS Registered Valuer currently. You should have some property valuation experience, which could span across both residential or commercial property of varying types.
