Job Profile for Architect - DW(phone number removed) Our client, a well-established Architectural practice based in North Devon are seeking an experienced Architect to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect to develop their career within a talented, growing team. This successful Architect will be predominantly working within the residential sector, working with developers on large scale new build developments as well as working on one off, bespoke, private clients. This offers a chance for the successful Architect to work on a variety of residential projects. Due to the nature of work a strong residential background is key. Daily responsibilities will include working throughout all RIBA work stages, drafting a variety of building regulations, tender and construction drawings, work and assist on multiple projects and working independently as well as in a team. Our client uses Revit on a daily basis, so a strong knowledge of this software is of paramount importance to the successful Architect.
