The Team leader role with be responsible for looking after a small team of Security Mobile Offiers on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern 19:00 to 07:00. The basic hours are an average of 42 per week however paid overtime is available. The right candidate will have the option to learn the business and cover their line managers role when on leave. Full training is provided and fully paid along with a full uniform for each role. Any additional milage or expenses are paid weekly and bank holidays are all paid at double time. Team Leader | Supervisor | manager | Security Officer | Protective Services | Guard | CCTV | Door Staff The role of Mobile Team Leader is lead a team of Mobile Patrol Officers who provide excellent customer service to a portfolio of customers within a designated geographical area. Providing security services at various sites across a defined geographical area as required. To project a security presence including operating a vehicle to perform patrol, inspection, and/or incident response services when required. Protecting the customer's employees, property and other assets in line with the relevant Assignment Instructions and site-specific customer requirements. Delivering the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. The responsibilities of a Mobile Team Leader are to undertake Site Welfare visits including completion of relevant QMS documentation in line with SOPs. You will be providing a variety of back up support mobile services including patrols and alarm responses for commercial or private clients, escort duties and any other work as required throughout the shift. Other stipulations of the role are to replace Securitas signage as and when required and report back to Line Manager and also to carry out CCTV maintenance on customer sites as and when required following respective training. Essential Skills A full UK driving licence (manual). An SIA security licence A 5 year checkable work history (for screening to BS 5758) Right to work in the UK. Smart and presentable.To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both orally and in written language. You should be able to manage yourself and others and make be able to make decisions and passion for operational excellence Our team need to be immaculately turned out, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure a complete customer experience is provided, as we aim to maintain our outstanding reputation for excellence.
