Multi Trade Plasterer, Devon

I currently have a new role just come up for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join a Housing maintenance team. The role is full time working typically Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The Post. We are looking for someone to carry out a full range of Repairs, Maintenance and Planned Improvement duties with the emphasis on Plastering works at various domestic properties in the Bidiford area. Main duties: *Undertake Plastering work for kitchen and bathroom renewals, tiling and any other duties as directed. *Complete works in accordance with the companies specifications and in compliance with the relevant Legislation and industry best practice. *Complete and sign off worksheets, time sheets, vehicle inspection forms, warning notices and any other forms as required by the Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor/Internal Improvement Supervisor. Requirements needed to apply. * A full driving licence required - * Qualification CIty And Guilds or NVQ * Be happy for us to complete a Basic DBS check Other Info. *A van, fuel card, are provided for the role.
