Clinical Lead Nurse Exeter £38,000-£40,000 Respected not for profit care provider are looking for an experienced registered nurse to join their Exeter service which provides specialist dementia care. The service requires an experienced Registered Nurse / Clinical Lead to assist the Deputy and Home Manager in the clinical management, compliance and staff management on the floor. The Clinical Lead will oversee the mentoring, supervising and training for all support staff. Ensuring compliance and person centred care of the highest standard. You will need to have two years + nursing experience in a nursing home setting, good communication skills, leadership ability and a good understanding of compliance and CQC.
