Visual Impairment Specialist Teaching Assistant (TA) required in Plymouth Are you looking to work in a variety of schools supporting children with additional needs? A talented Level 3 (or equivalent) TA/ Teaching Assistant is required in Plymouth. The position requires someone who can provide one to one curriculum support and take the direction of the class teacher. Any previous experience of working with children with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) would be highly beneficial. To be successful in this role you will be passionate about supporting children to thrive at school. You will be working will all ages in a specialist school for children who need additional support so, 6 months of experience in an educational setting is crucial. To be part of this team you will ideally need to be: ? NVQ Level 3 in childcare. ? Experienced with a minimum of 6 months school experience. ?
