Job Title: Parts Advisor

Location: Exeter, UK
Salary: Up to 32,000 per annum + bonus and uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, with rota Saturday mornings

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a global leader. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations within the parts department, and contributing to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients seeking parts and accessories for machinery
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment
• Accurately process orders, ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain inventory levels and manage stock rotation efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize parts sales and enhance customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to parts inventory management
