Resourcing Volunteer, Exeter

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Recruitment Volunteer (Local Police Support Volunteer) with the Resourcing Recruitment Team at Middlemoor, Exeter Headquarters. This role covers several activities aimed at representing the organisation by supporting and attending selection days, promotion processes and career events

Tasks may include:

• Collecting biometric samples (DNA and fingerprints)
• Meeting and greeting candidates
• Assisting with set up and pack down of events
• Conducting Right to Work checks
• Candidate invigilation

This role would suit someone who:

• Works well under pressure
• Is interested in recruitment and related events

Police Support Volunteers undertake roles to support and enhance the day-to-day work undertaken by police officers and staff. By offering their time and energy they help address policing issues, enhance service delivery, and strengthen links between policing and the community.
