What You Will Do

• Build strong and positive relationships with children, young people, and families, helping them achieve safety, stability, and lasting change.
• Manage a diverse caseload that includes Child in Need, Child Protection, Legal Proceedings, and Looked-After Children cases.
• Carry out thorough assessments, including specialist assessments when needed, to inform interventions, planning, and court reports.
• Collaborate closely with Social Workers, ASYEs, Family Practitioners, Team Managers, and Advanced Social Workers.
• Support and guide Family Practitioners in delivering effective direct work and interventions with children and families.
• Communicate effectively with partnership agencies to ensure a coordinated safeguarding approach.
