What you will do:
- Deliverhigh-quality social work services to children and families, with a focus onchild protection, safeguarding, and family support.
- Buildstrong, positive relationships with children, young people, and families, helping createstable and supportive home environments.
- Undertakecomprehensive assessmentsand developdetailed care plans tailored to individual family needs.
- Work collaboratively with amulti-disciplinary team, ensuringeffective service delivery and positive outcomesfor children and families.
- Maintainaccurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance withlegal, professional, and organisational standards.
- Manage avaried caseload, deliveringtimely and effective interventionsto support service users.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 37-hour week.
- Hybrid working:Amix of home and office-based work(subject to service requirements), withoffice attendance required approximately 1-2 days per week for duty cover.
- Driving requirement:Avalid UK driving licence and access to a caris essential forvisits and assessments.
Essential criteria:
- Minimum 3 years'post-qualifying experience (PQE)inChildren's Social Care.
- Registration with Social Work England.
