What you will do:

• Conduct core social work assessments in line with the Care Act, including Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions
• Engage in Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, court work, and safeguarding assessments
• Work collaboratively within a team yet confidently manage tasks independently
• Handle a complex and varied caseload with professionalism and efficiency
• Utilize strong IT skills to maintain precise records and communicate effectively
• Ensure compliance with legal and policy frameworks to deliver the highest standards of social care
