• Undertakecomprehensive Child and Family Assessments, deliveringtimely interventions and supporttosafeguard children's welfare.
• ConductSection 47 Child Protection enquirieswhere necessary to determineappropriate levels of care and protection.
• Developrobust safety plansthroughcollaborative work with children, families, and multi-agency professionals.
• Demonstrate andmodel high standards of social work practice, supporting theprofessional development of colleagues.
• Respond effectively tourgent situations and complex cases, balancingoffice responsibilities with hybrid working arrangements.
