What you will do:
- Work closely with theTeam Managerto provideprofessional leadership, guidance, and supervision, ensuring the team delivershigh-quality services.
- Manage asmaller, specialised caseload, supportingchildren and families with complex needsthroughthorough assessments and targeted interventions.
- Mentor, supervise, and support colleagues and students, helping tostrengthen professional practice across the team.
- Promotehigh standards of social work practiceby encouragingreflection, learning, and professional developmentthroughcoaching and training.
- Lead improvement initiatives, constructively challenging and enhancingsocial care practices to achieve better outcomesfor children and families.
- Work within amulti-agency framework, collaborating with partners to ensureholistic support for families experiencing complex challenges.
About you:
- Aqualified Social Workerregistered withSocial Work England.
- A minimum ofthree years'post-qualifying experiencewithinChildren's Social Care.
- Demonstratedleadership ability, with experience inmentoring, supervising, or supporting colleagues and students.
- Strong skills inassessment, analysis, and complex case management.
- Ability towork collaboratively within multi-agency environmentsto improve outcomes for children and families.
