What You Will Do

• Providevital duty supportto teams during high-demand periods, ensuring immediate needs are addressed.
• Maintainclear, concise, and accurate recordsof all actions and interventions.
• Coordinate withDuty Managersto execute tasks efficiently and provide practical assistance.
• Stay up-to-date withpolicies and procedures, ensuring best practice across the service.
• Contribute to asupportive team culture, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum3 years post-qualifying experience (PQE)
• Registration withSocial Work England

Interview Process:Shortlisted candidates will complete a30-minute online pre-interview assessment.

Office Base:County Hall, Exeter (1-2 days per week in the office)
