• National Teacher Pay Scale
• 8am – 5pm, 5 days a week
• 40 weeks per year (term time + 10 days)

• Plan and teach engaging, purposeful lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Use technology to enhance learning, assessment and collaboration across the Trust.
• Employ adaptive assessment tools to track pupil progress and plan for individual needs.
