Position: Bulk Driver

Contract Type: Permanent – 45 hrs

Location: Exeter

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm

You will drive a lorry from our exceptional fleet of Volvo vehicles, all less than 4 years old. They’re a joy to drive, high specification, with fridges, leather seats and many optional extras for comfort.

Most of our sites run Monday to Friday, 45 hour working weeks, 9‑hour shifts per day starting at 7/8am. Shift schedules allow you to know in advance where you’ll be driving.

• We trust drivers to get the job done and plan their own routes. The average number of stops per shift is 4 to 6.
• Deliver Cages, Pallets, Freight, Stillages and Yorks on time. Load/unload as required; scanning consignments and driving pallet trucks may be part of the day.
• Inspect your vehicle and trailer every day and complete a Defect Report if necessary.

• Class 1 Driving licence.
