Private Client Solicitor, Exeter

Our client is a well-established, forward-thinking law firm with several offices across Devon. They are now seeking to strengthen their busy Private Client team with the appointment of a Solicitor or Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected practice with a varied and interesting caseload, working primarily from their Exeter office while being part of a wider Private Client team across the region.

You will manage a broad mix of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and succession planning
• Estate administration and probate
• Trusts and tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

• Be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong technical knowledge of Private Client law.
• Ideally hold STEP qualification (although full support will be provided to obtain this).
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care.
• Be proactive, organised, and able to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
