Responsibilities

Work as one team to ensure a customer‑first experience is delivered consistently.
Exceed sales targets and company acquisition target for N.dulge.
Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team.
Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors.
Fully embrace team effort and take pride in achieving the common goal.
Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment.
Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and share it with the team.
Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Achieve sales and KPI targets through a customer‑first approach, serving as an ambassador for the brand.
