You keep the kitchen moving.

Clean, organised, and ready for service. You support the chefs, look after the space, and make sure everything runs as it should.

No shortcuts. No mess. Just solid work that keeps the whole team going.

• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised
• Wash up and maintain a steady flow during service
• Support chefs with basic prep
• Help with deliveries and stock organisation
• Take pride in keeping standards high at all times
