The Role: Specialist Recruiter (Building Services)

This is a 180 candidate focussed position. You will specialise in recruiting engineering and technical professionals for major infrastructure and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with candidates across the UK
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking and headhunting
• Write engaging and targeted job adverts
• Negotiate offers between clients and candidates
• Develop knowledge of the Building Services and MEP sector

• Leading consulting engineering companies
• Local authorities and county councils
• Government organisations
• Major UK and international infrastructure projects

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Ambitious, target-driven and resilient mindset
• Sales, customer service or recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work full time in our Fareham office Monday to Friday
• Right to work in the UK
